Job Description
- Lead E2E supply chain planning with strategic OTIF ownership in the UK \n
- Drive S&OP, automation, and digital transformation in supply chain \n\n
- Lead overall OTIF performance and ensure smooth demand & supply alignment. \n
- Drive the S&OP process, collaborating with sales, production, procurement, and operations teams. \n
- Consolidate sales orders and forecasts to build accurate production plans and communicate them across stakeholders. \n
- Work closely with manufacturing and schedulers to ensure adherence to production plans. \n
- Develop procurement plans for RM/PM and coordinate with procurement teams based on inventory availability. \n
- Analyse supply chain performance, publish MIS, and present improvement recommendations. \n
- Drive capacity‑utilisation improvements and manage conflicts across the supply chain. \n
- Lead automation/digitalisation initiatives to optimise cost and enhance planning processes. \n\n
- Experience: Typically 7-12 years in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand/supply management, or production planning (inferred from complexity and leadership expectations). \n
- Technical Skills: Strong in forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, supply chain analytics, and MIS reporting. Tools such as advanced Excel, planning software, and digital/S&OP platforms would be essential. \n
