Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.

- A/B Testing & Experimentation: \n
Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance and drive better results.

- Budget Management: \n
Oversee and optimize marketing budgets across channels, ensuring effective allocation and maximum ROI for all paid campaigns.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: \n
Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to align on campaign messaging, design, and strategy.
