Job Description
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
\n Hire, Train people and have to handle a team of ASM including 10- 15 members.
\n Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
\n Ready to travel extensively entire India.
\n Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
\n Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
\n Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
\n Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
\n Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
\n Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
\n Ability to work under sales and target pressure
\n Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
