Job Description
- Drive financial strategy with the CFO and Founder in a leading Auto firm. \n
- Join a high-growth business innovating in tech and sustainability. \n\n
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals. \n
- Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making at the executive level. \n
- Partner with sales, service, and fulfilment teams to drive commercial insights and cost optimization. \n
- Deliver business performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations. \n
- Oversee group-level MIS reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning. \n
- Support strategic projects including new product launches and manufacturing expansion. \n
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and excellence. \n
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting processes. \n\n
- CA or MBA (Tier-1) qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience. \n
- Proven background in FP&A, business finance, or revenue finance within automotive, EV, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors. \n
- Exposure to large-scale operations (₹5,000+ Cr P&L) or high-growth startup environments. \n
- Expertise in SAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. \n
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive data-backed strategic decisions. \n
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
