\n\nThe Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end sourcing and supply chain initiatives by combining strategic sourcing expertise with advanced data analytics and business intelligence. This role partners with category managers, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and data-driven decision-making.
\nThe position plays a key role in developing sourcing strategies, analyzing market and supplier data, and building reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility, forecasting, and operational performance across the supply chain.

\n\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence
\n- Collect, manage, and analyze large and complex datasets to support sourcing and supply chain decisions \n
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports (Power BI) to track KPIs and sourcing performance \n
- Analyze pricing trends, cost drivers, raw materials, inflation, and market indices \n
- Provide insights into cost savings opportunities, supplier performance, and operational improvements \n
- Apply statistical and predictive analytics to improve forecasting and planning \n
- Automate and standardize reporting processes for efficiency and scalability \n
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify cost, service, and efficiency improvements \n
- Support initiatives related to inventory optimization, working capital, and productivity enhancements \n
- Evaluate sourcing strategies against KPIs such as savings, service levels, and risk mitigation \n
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices \n
- Partner with category managers, operations, finance, and IT teams to align data and sourcing strategies \n
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders \n
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams \n
- Support data literacy and adoption of self-service analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) \n\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field \n
- 3–5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain analytics, or business intelligence \n
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting \n
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data tools/databases \n
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) \n
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and cost analysis \n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills \n
- Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or data science techniques \n
- Familiarity with Python, Azure, or advanced analytics tools \n
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) \n
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments \n
- Knowledge of global sourcing and international markets
