  • \n Lead financial structuring, valuation, and negotiation of M&A and partnership transactions.
  • \n


  • \n Evaluate commercial assumptions, identify key value drivers, and assess downside risks.
  • \n


  • \n Design shareholder protections and governance frameworks to safeguard investment value.
  • \n


  • \n Analyse impact of transactions on credit metrics, leverage, and capital structure.
  • \n


  • \n Support covenant monitoring and ensure compliance with lender obligations.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance should have:

    \n
  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in end-to-end M&A, corporate finance within the Energy, Infrastructure or Industrials sector.
  • \n
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience post qualification.
  • \n
  • Expertise M&A deal structuring.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
