\n Lead financial structuring, valuation, and negotiation of M&A and partnership transactions. \n -
\n Evaluate commercial assumptions, identify key value drivers, and assess downside risks. \n -
\n Design shareholder protections and governance frameworks to safeguard investment value. \n -
\n Analyse impact of transactions on credit metrics, leverage, and capital structure. \n -
\n Support covenant monitoring and ensure compliance with lender obligations. \n\n - A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in end-to-end M&A, corporate finance within the Energy, Infrastructure or Industrials sector. \n
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience post qualification. \n
- Expertise M&A deal structuring. \n
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
