Associate Project Manager
Job Description
Support the DevRel team for extending the program to APAC Engineering Community.
\nProvide formal integration status, KPIs, and feedback reporting to Management.
\nEnsure high-level adoption by various business units/divisions by providing appropriate assistance in routine DevRel activities.
\nAssist in creation of Tech Stories corresponding to predefined high standards of for developer's platform.
\nProvide regular status updates to global core team and foster synergies within the DevRel Team.
\nInteract with global extended team members and work closely with the contributors.
\nProvide problem resolution/risk mitigation for DevRel initiatives.
\nEstablish and manage events calendar integration schedule.
\nBe a representative of DevRel at various Tech Conferences.
\nIdentify potential upsell activities for new initiatives.
\nProcess Improvement:
\nPropose and follow up on internal process improvements.
\nIdentify and recommend internal tools/techniques for further process optimization.
\nThe Incumbent:
\nRecommends process, product, and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external change of Tech scenario.
\nAutonomously solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on our initiatives
\nAbout the Ideal Candidate:
\nLanguage: English (Mandatory - business level); another official/regional language is a plus.
\nIndustry Knowledge: Preferred but not mandatory experience in the Travel industry.
\nSkills:
\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.
\nProgram Co-ordination.
\nEvent Management.
\nStakeholder Management.
\nRisk Assessment and mitigation.
\nComfortable with required tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Excel, Power BA etc).
\nAbility to analyze and interpret data.
\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing role.
