We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Procurement/Purchase) to manage procurement operations for our client, Bluestar , at Sri City. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, sourcing, and procurement within the automotive or consumer appliance industry.

  Manage end-to-end procurement activities , including RFQs, negotiations, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination.

  Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials, components, and consumables.

\n
• \n

  Ensure on-time material availability to support production and project requirements.

\n
• \n

  Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and negotiation to achieve cost optimization.

• \n

  Monitor supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams — engineering, production, and logistics — for seamless supply chain operations.

• \n

  Maintain procurement data, records, and reports in ERP systems.

\n
• \n

  Support new supplier onboarding and documentation in compliance with company and client standards .

  Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

\n
• \n

  Experience: Minimum 1 year in Procurement / Purchase / Supply Chain within automotive or consumer appliance industries.

• \n

  Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

\n
• \n

  Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.

\n
• \n

  Good understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and components .

  Excellent communication and coordination skills.
