Job Description
- Accelerated growth path \n

- Aruba WLAN deployments (controllers, APs, antennas, coverage, and capacity planning). \n
- Configure SSIDs, VLANs, and authentication/authorization policies. \n
- Assist with Install and configure Aruba Mobility Controllers, Mobility Conductor, and Access Points. \n
- Configure authentication with ClearPass (RADIUS, TACACS+, , guest access, BYOD). \n
- Use Aruba AirWave, Logic monitor or Orion Solarwinds for real-time monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting. \n
- Track AP health, client connectivity, and RF spectrum interference. \n\n
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \n
- Experience 4-10 years. \n
- Expertise in Aruba Wireless technologies and network management. \n
- Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols and security. \n
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \n
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
