Job Description

- Provide legal advisory support for operational activities across all the offices in India \n
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad suite of commercial contracts, corporate documents, playbooks, handbooks, trackers, and templates. \n
- Manage intellectual property matters, including contentious issues relating to brand protection. \n
- Oversee and drive litigation and dispute‑resolution strategy, ensuring timely updates and outcome management. \n
- Support corporate governance, including company secretarial requirements for entities based in India and other jurisdictions across APAC and EMEA. \n
- Advise HR on employment law, employee‑relations matters, employment agreements, and separation‑related documentation. \n
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on Indian legal and regulatory requirements in the financial sector \n
- Collaborate with global teams in Legal, HR, Compliance, Accounting, Operations, and other business units. \n
- Manage relationships with various external legal advisors and regulatory bodies. \n
- Undertake special projects, cross‑functional initiatives, and any additional responsibilities as required. \n\n
