Job Description
- Shape legal strategy across a dynamic investment portfolio. \n
- Work on high‑velocity global VC deals \n\n
- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment documents. \n
- Manage legal due diligence across corporate, IP, employment, and regulatory areas. \n
- Advise on structuring, governance rights, ESOPs, cap tables, and founder obligations. \n
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA/FDI norms, and sectoral regulations. \n
- Support portfolio companies on contracts, fundraising rounds, and governance matters. \n
- Collaborate with global investment, tax, and compliance teams. \n\n

- 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience, preferably at Tier I or II law firms \n
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks. \n
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \n
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
