- Gain hands-on experience working with the CHRO and leadership team \n
- Lead end-to-end HR functions in a dynamic corporate setup \n\n

- Lead end-to-end HR functions: Talent Acquisition (campus hiring focus), PMS, HR policies, employee engagement and well-being. \n
- Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate with leadership teams. \n
- Initially manage 1 direct report, growing the team to 2-3 \n
- Oversee corporate HR operations \n\n
- The successful applicant will be an experienced HR professional with 10+ years in talent acquisition, PMS, HR policies and employee engagement. \n
- He will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with leadership teams, and the ability to manage and grow a small HR team. \n
- Adaptable and proactive, he can implement strong HR practices in a corporate environment.
