Job Summary:

We are seeking a Global HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition (70% focus) and a solid foundation in broader HR functions (20%). This role will drive global hiring strategies, build scalable recruitment frameworks, and support HR initiatives across multiple regions to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.This senior HR leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across multiple geographies (basically US, UK, Europe), driving talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, cultural alignment, and transformational change.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (80%) \n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end global hiring processes across diverse geographies (screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
  • \n
  • Partner with global business leaders to understand workforce plans and deliver on hiring needs.
  • \n
  • Build and implement global recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.
  • \n
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms, and job platforms worldwide.
  • \n
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.
  • \n
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and recommend process improvements.
  • \n
  • Implement digital tools, ATS systems, and innovative sourcing methods for scale and efficiency.
  • \n
HR Generalist & Strategic Support (20%) \n
    \n
  • Support global HR initiatives including performance management, engagement, and organizational development.
  • \n
  • Contribute to global HR policy implementation and compliance with local labor laws across regions.
  • \n
  • Partner with HR colleagues on compensation benchmarking, learning & development, and succession planning.
  • \n
  • Act as a cultural ambassador ensuring consistent employee experience across regions.
