    Job Description

  • Drive the commercial strategy, P&L delivery and business transformation for Medical Devices and Engineered Polymers across the IMEA region.
  • \n
  • Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring smooth execution and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • \n
  • Lead pricing strategy, commercial governance, product portfolio understanding and customer value creation.
  • \n
  • Manage a team of five across Sales & Marketing, including three techno‑commercial Sales Managers and inside sales.
  • \n
  • Oversee annual AOP planning, target setting, sales cadence and performance tracking.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key accounts, distributors and industry partners.
  • \n
  • Lead channel strategy, distributor management and commercial excellence initiatives.
  • \n
  • Support business expansion of engineered polymers (fast-growing) and medical devices (well-established service-led business).
  • \n
  • Guide technical marketing to identify new opportunities and support product positioning.
  • \n
  • Ensure CRM and systems compliance across the region.
  • \n
  • Drive maturity of early-stage businesses and build scalable account management processes.
  • \n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global BU leaders to support IMEA market development.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 12-18 years of commercial or consulting experience, including 3+ years in team leadership.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of business drivers, revenue levers and profitability management.
  • \n
  • Background in Medical Devices, Engineered Polymers, Specialty Chemicals, Performance Materials or relevant Consulting with exposure to commercial strategy.
  • \n
  • Experience managing sales of high‑volume products and large account portfolios.
  • \n
  • Prior experience in pricing, go‑to‑market, customer engagement and business scaling.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to lead diverse teams.
  • \n
  • Prior Middle East & Africa experience is not mandatory.
  • \n
  • Ability to lead early-stage or transforming businesses toward maturity.
