Job Description
- Candidate with 4-8 yrs of PQE in Corporate lending from BFSI/LFs should apply \n
- Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune should apply \n\n
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate lending and wholesale banking documentation, including revolving credit facilities and term loans. \n
- Manage cross‑border stakeholders and offshore lending matters (preferably UK jurisdiction) \n
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory issues impacting business operations and identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. \n\n
- A degree in law from a recognised institution. \n
- Strong expertise in corporate lending & wholesale banking within BFSI/Law Firms \n
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
