Job Description

- Lead and support end-to-end execution of domestic and cross-border M&A and PE/VC transactions. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents \n
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports \n
- Advise clients on structuring of transactions, regulatory considerations, and corporate compliance matters \n
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless execution of deals \n
- Stay updated with relevant regulatory, corporate, and securities laws \n\n
