    Project & Program Management

    \n
  • Plan, lead, and control electronics and hardware-software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • \n
  • Own and maintain integrated project plans and reporting cadence using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
  • \n
  • Manage project scope, requirements, and change control while maintaining full lifecycle traceability.
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation: project management plans, schedules, status reports, risk registers, and configuration/change records.
  • \n



    \n Cross‑Functional Coordination

    \n
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (electronics, RF, embedded software, mechanical, integration, test, and IVVQ).
  • \n
  • Align priorities across engineering, operations, business development, and management teams.
  • \n
  • Act as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
  • \n



    \n Supplier & Subcontractor Operations

    \n
  • Lead supplier and subcontractor operational performance: identification support, onboarding, scope of work definition, delivery tracking, and quality follow-up.
  • \n
  • Manage non-conformities (NCR/8D), acceptance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on purchasing plans, lead times, expediting, invoicing, and budget tracking at work-package level.
  • \n



    \n Business & Commercial Support

    \n
  • Support Business Development and Sales teams with technical and commercial proposals, including work package definition, cost/schedule assumptions, and risk assessments.
  • \n



    \n India Operations Leadership

    \n
  • Coordinate and execute operational plans to support the organization's growth in India.
  • \n
  • Manage relationships with local partners and subcontractors.
  • \n
  • Support operational scalability, including vendor ecosystem mapping, KPI reporting, documentation standardization, and alignment with global HQ processes.
  • \n
  • Oversee logistics and import/export coordination where applicable.
  • \n

    \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • \n
  • 5+ years of experience in project management for electronic product development, preferably within defence and/or aerospace environments.
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of quality and assurance frameworks (, ECSS, MIL-STD, AQAP, EN9100 / ISO 9001).
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing suppliers and subcontractors across technical, delivery, and quality dimensions.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to engineering and operational teams.
  • \n
  • Responsible for defining, managing, and executing project and operational budgets.
  • \n
  • Plays a key role in analyzing operational and financial data to support decision-making.
