Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Automation Delivery Manager to lead a large team and oversee the overall Delivery Excellence of CAD customization and automation-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, implementing productivity measures, and maintaining adherence to quality processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a large team and ensure Delivery Excellence in CAD/CAE/CAM customization and automation projects.
\n
• Execute CAD customization/Automation related projects efficiently and effectively.
\n
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking their progress and ensuring timely delivery.
\n
• Implement productivity measures to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
\n
• Enforce adherence to quality processes and standards throughout project lifecycles.
\n
• Possess CAD exposure across various platforms such as Catia, UGNX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.
\n
• Handle a portfolio of projects with a minimum value of $5 million, leading a team of 100+ members.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
\n
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
\n
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD automation technologies.
\n

Preferred Skills:

\n
• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech or any equivalent degree.
\n
• Proven experience in managing CAD automation projects, preferably in a leadership capacity.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of CAD software such as Catia, UGNX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.
\n
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to drive Delivery Excellence and achieve project goals.
\n
• Experience in managing large teams and portfolios of projects.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
\n

Note : This role does not require design experience but focuses on managing CAD automation profiles and project execution.
