Key Responsibilities:

\n


\n

Strategic Leadership & Management:

\n
    \n
  • Lead the FP&A department, including management of senior finance professionals and analysts.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive the company s long-term financial strategies and objectives.
  • \n
  • Provide thought leadership on financial trends, market conditions, and operational performance, offering actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • \n
\n


\n

Financial Planning & Analysis:

\n
    \n
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • \n
  • Drive the creation of detailed financial models to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • \n
  • Conduct variance analysis and develop proactive recommendations for mitigating risks or capitalizing on opportunities.
  • \n

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

\n
    \n
  • Establish and maintain KPIs and financial metrics to monitor business performance.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present high-level financial reports and presentations for the board of directors and senior management.
  • \n
  • Monitor financial and operational results and ensure alignment with the company s strategic goals.
  • \n

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with business leaders across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive financial performance and ensure the alignment of business and financial strategies.
  • \n
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with functional leaders, offering insights to drive operational and financial efficiency.
  • \n

Financial Governance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • \n

Team Development & Mentorship:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the FP&A department, providing guidance on career progression and skill development.
