\nKey Responsibilities:
\nStrategic Leadership & Management:
\n- \n
- Lead the FP&A department, including management of senior finance professionals and analysts. \n
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive the company s long-term financial strategies and objectives. \n
- Provide thought leadership on financial trends, market conditions, and operational performance, offering actionable insights for executive decision-making. \n
Financial Planning & Analysis:
\n- \n
- Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. \n
- Drive the creation of detailed financial models to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives. \n
- Conduct variance analysis and develop proactive recommendations for mitigating risks or capitalizing on opportunities. \n
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Establish and maintain KPIs and financial metrics to monitor business performance. \n
- Prepare and present high-level financial reports and presentations for the board of directors and senior management. \n
- Monitor financial and operational results and ensure alignment with the company s strategic goals. \n
Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with business leaders across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive financial performance and ensure the alignment of business and financial strategies. \n
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with functional leaders, offering insights to drive operational and financial efficiency. \n
Financial Governance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to financial controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. \n
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies. \n
Team Development & Mentorship:
