This role is within our Monetization team that is invested in building best in class billing product platform covering commerce experiences, automated invoicing and revenue recognition. \nKey job responsibilities\n
\nThis role functions as a day-to-day liaison between business development, technology, product, tax, accounting, legal and finance organizations to deliver enterprise services that deal with off-the-chart complexity and scale.\n
\n

As a passionate program leader, you will have direct impact on how our partners are billed reliably, correctly, and on-time, and accelerate growth & expansion of our business. Experience in managing large scale fintech programs is highly desirable.\n
\n•Articulate the key pain-points with our current manual processes and define process optimizations we could achieve through automation products.\n
\n•Conceptualize programs to scale existing billing operations through automation to keep up with rapidly growing Auto business.\n
\n•Work cross-organizationally with members of product, business development, tax, accounting, legal, finance in driving delivery, mitigating risks, eliminating impediments, ensuring compliance and operationalization.\n
\n•Establish metrics and design self-serve reports to keep stake-holders informed and excited about billing team’s progress.\n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

\n

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience\n
\n- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience\n
\n- 3+ years of software development experience\n
\n- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience\n
\n- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules\n
\n- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition\n
\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience\n
\n- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules\n
\n- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership\n
