Development - Manager

About the ideal candidate

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in product development; minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role. Should have experience / interacted with global counterparts

Good experience in software development / delivery; leading development teams

Good technical knowledge in enterprise Java related technologies (Java, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ Angular, Bootstrap, Spring, Jenkins, RDBMs)

Exposure to Big Data technologies Kafka, Apache Spark, NoSQL

Experience in applying design patterns, data structures, algorithms

Experience working on full stack end-to-end products (all tiers)

Good team management skills; should have experience in mentoring team on technical topics

Worked in a product development building enterprise scale web application on the cloud

Experience in Unix / Windows systems

Experience in CI / CD; exposure to Dockers / Kubernetes / Chef would be good

Good experience working in a dynamic environment using Agile processes (Scrum, SAFe)

Weekly reports on status of the items worked

Proposals, implementations of best processes and standard practices within the team
