About the ideal candidate
\nMinimum of 12+ years of experience in product development; minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role. Should have experience / interacted with global counterparts
\nGood experience in software development / delivery; leading development teams
\nGood technical knowledge in enterprise Java related technologies (Java, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ Angular, Bootstrap, Spring, Jenkins, RDBMs)
\nExposure to Big Data technologies Kafka, Apache Spark, NoSQL
\nExperience in applying design patterns, data structures, algorithms
\nExperience working on full stack end-to-end products (all tiers)
\nGood team management skills; should have experience in mentoring team on technical topics
\nWorked in a product development building enterprise scale web application on the cloud
\nExperience in Unix / Windows systems
\nExperience in CI / CD; exposure to Dockers / Kubernetes / Chef would be good
\nGood experience working in a dynamic environment using Agile processes (Scrum, SAFe)
\nWeekly reports on status of the items worked
\nProposals, implementations of best processes and standard practices within the team
