Job Description
As the Manager HR Tech , you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing various HR technology initiatives across multiple facets such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards, Employee Listening, and other critical HR processes. This role demands strategic execution, where you'll leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and user experience through the effective deployment of HR technology solutions
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Strategic Oversight:
\nTake ownership and lead the execution of HR technology initiatives aligned with organizational and HR strategies.
\nOffer strategic guidance, leveraging your deep understanding of HR technology trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
\n2. Project Leadership:
\nManage and oversee the implementation of diverse HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
\nCollaborate with technology partners to introduce new tools and maintain a robust Digital HR Technology landscape.
\n3. Technology Proficiency:
\nStay updated with the latest HR technology trends, fostering improvements in user experience and operational efficiency.
\nExpand expertise in HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation through self-learning and relevant certifications.
\n4. Change Management and Collaboration:
\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of digital HR solutions.
\nPartner with Corporate HR, Business HR CoEs, and People Experience Center to fortify the data foundation and streamline people processes using digital platforms.
\n5. Data Analysis and Visualization:
\nAnalyze HR data, identifying digitization opportunities, analyzing outcomes, and determining visualization requirements.
\nSupport in implementing HR Data Warehousing solutions by integrating all data sources and help provide data-driven insights to the HR department.
\n6. Innovation and Advanced Analytics:
\nProvide inputs for develop new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.
\nConduct periodic audits of HR data and operational parameters to drive ongoing improvements.

\nYou will have a team of 1-2 HR Technology professionals and an opportunity to partner with and learn from colleagues across HR Tech, Corporate HR and Corporate IT Team.

\nExternal: Product Vendors, Technology Partners
\nWho are we looking for?
\nKey Skills (Must Have)
\nCertification on any HRMS (Oracle cloud certification or SAP/SF certification etc) or experience in techno functional solution implementation
\nExposure to building, testing application communications/API calls and integrations: JSON,REST API , Frameworks like DJANGO, Postman , Key skills: JavaScript /ability to debug/ help code reviews
\nExposure to managing migrations between systems
\nManaging data ingestions / data warehouse management in a multi-system scenario
\nEducation
\nA bachelor s degree in computer science and or an MBA in HR.
\nExperience
\n6 - 8 years of progressive experience in HR Technology or related fields.
