We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design and configure AI agents using LLMs and RAG workflows. The role involves prompt optimization, technical documentation, demos for stakeholders, and implementation support for clients. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver efficient AI solutions.

• Build and configure AI agents using LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.

• Write, test, and optimize prompts for performance and accuracy.
\n
• Conduct product demos and support client calls.
\n
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and task trackers.
\n
• Perform basic data validation using SQL and Python scripting.
\n
• Participate in agile scrums and collaborate with internal teams.
\n
• Integrate APIs and support client implementations.
\n

• Experience with LLM platforms and prompt engineering
\n
• Knowledge of RAG concepts and vector databases
\n
• Proficiency in SQL and Python

• Understanding of API integration

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology

• Ability to create technical documentation and manage task tracking tools

• Strong communication and client presentation/demo skills
