\nJob Summary:
\nWe are looking for a results-driven RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients (based out of client location). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management . This role requires expertise in handling high-volume hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nManage end-to-end recruitment for clients (from client location), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
\nPartner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
\nUtilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
\nEnsure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
\nRequirements:
\nProven experience as an RPO Recruiter , handling large scale RPO projects based out of client's location.
\nStrong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\nProficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools .
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment .
