Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients (based out of client location). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management . This role requires expertise in handling high-volume hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients (from client location), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an RPO Recruiter , handling large scale RPO projects based out of client's location.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment .
