Job Description

- Analyze and evaluate requirements and specifications for embedded software and firmware \n
- Develop test cases aligned with acceptance criteria and quality standards \n
- Manage and execute test cases using the Codebeamer ALM platform \n
- Perform statistical analysis of test results to improve efficiency and reduce project costs \n
- Support test management activities, including planning and coordination \n
- Collaborate with cross‑functional, international, and agile teams \n
- Degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field \n
- Strong command of written and spoken English \n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems \n
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and agile methodologies (, SCRUM) \n
- Hands‑on experience with Codebeamer or similar ALM tools \n
- ISTQB Foundation certification; Advanced Level is an added advantage \n
- Ability to think analytically and abstractly, with strong independence and teamwork skills \n\n
- A strong educational background in electronics, computer science, or a related field. \n
- Proficiency in testing embedded systems and software. \n
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. \n
- Good understanding of hardware and software integration. \n
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
