Job Description
- Leadership exposure for a large scale unit of a Conglomerate \n
- Define Data Strategy with Group leaders \n\n
- Lead and manage the analytics department to achieve organisational goals. \n
- Develop and implement data science models to solve business challenges in the property and building materials sectors. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and solutions. \n
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across all analytics initiatives. \n
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management. \n
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise business processes and strategies. \n
- Stay updated with the latest analytics and data science tools and techniques. \n
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and capabilities in analytics. \n\n
- Should have engineering degree/diploma in Chemicals (Non-negotiable) \n
- A strong educational background in data science, analytics, computer science, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in data analytics, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis. \n
- Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. \n
- Experience in handling large datasets and working in the building materials or property industry. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. \n
- A track record of leading successful analytics projects and teams.
