Job Description
Key Responsibilities: \n
- \n
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements \n
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes \n
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams \n
- Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting \n
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies \n
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met \n
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product teams for smooth delivery \n
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems \n
- Assist in defect analysis and resolution \n
- Maintain proper documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.) \n

- 6 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst \n
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (query writing & analysis is mandatory) \n
- Good understanding of data analysis and data validation techniques \n
- Proven experience in BFSI domain (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance) \n
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies \n
- Ability to understand technical workflows and system integrations \n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills \n
