1. Trade Strategy & Planning

  • Create and execute annual trade marketing plans for General Trade (GT).
  • \n
  • Work with sales teams to set channel strategies, targets, and activity plans.
  • \n
  • Use market and competitor insights to guide decisions.
  • \n

2. GT Channel Activation

  • Plan and run trade promotions, activations, and in-store visibility.
  • \n
  • Ensure smooth execution of new product launches in GT channels.
  • \n
  • Manage branding materials like POS and promotional assets.
  • \n
\n

3. Sales & Distributor Support

  • Support sales teams and distributors with schemes, tools, and materials.
  • \n
  • Ensure distributors correctly implement trade plans.
  • \n
  • Track performance of schemes and improve where needed.
  • \n
\n

4. Merchandising & Visibility

    \n
  • Ensure proper merchandising and planogram compliance.
  • \n
  • Oversee display units and branding at retail outlets.
  • \n
  • Maintain consistent brand visibility across GT stores.
  • \n
\n

5. Budget Management

  • Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently.
  • \n
  • Track spending and ensure good return on investment (ROI).
  • \n
\n

6. Market Insights & Reporting

  • Visit markets regularly to understand retailer and consumer behavior.
  • \n
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Share regular reports on performance, insights, and ROI.
