Role Overview :
\nWe are looking for dynamic and result-driven Manager/ Sr. Manager : Corporate Health (Individual Contributor Role) to spearhead the sales of Group Medical Cover policies to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in selling insurance or financial products to businesses.
Key responsibilities :
\n%CF; Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC)
\npolicies.
\n%CF; Develop and manage relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and decision-makers of target companies.
\n%CF; Conduct effective sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate policy terms and pricing.
\n%CF; Collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to design customized health insurance solutions including OPD benefits, wellness offerings, and value-added services.
\n%CF; Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and premium targets.
\n%CF; Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
\n%CF; Ensure end-to-end smooth onboarding of clients, including documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale service.
\n%CF; Up sale and Cross sell other General Insurance products and OPD services .
\nKey Requirements :
\n%CF; Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
\n%CF; Excellent communication skills.
\n%CF; 2-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
\n%CF; Experience in selling Group Health Insurance, GMC, or Employee Benefits is highly desirable.
\n%CF; Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n%CF; Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
\n%CF; Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
\nPreferred Skills :
\n%CF; Existing network with corporate HR teams or admin heads.
\n%CF; Knowledge of IRDAI regulations related to corporate insurance.
\n%CF; Experience in managing large accounts and renewals.
\n%CF; Better understanding of Bangalore Market .
