\n Provide IT technical onsite support for end-user services.
\n Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
\n Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
\n IMAC support
\n Experience in Office 365 support and troubleshooting preferred
\n Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
\n Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution
\n Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
\n Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
\n Work within a team environment to ensure availability of customer s servers with significant business or IT impact
\n May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
