Roles & Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients in the BFS/Cards & Payments sector.
  • \n
  • Understand each client s business goals and IT requirements, developing strategies to align services with their needs.
  • \n
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within the assigned accounts.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical groups, to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • \n
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.
  • \n
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues within accounts, working swiftly to mitigate them.
  • \n
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • \n
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to continually provide value to client engagements.
  • \n
  • Travel to client locations as necessary to build relationships, understand client operations, and identify further collaboration opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

\n


\n

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • \n
  • Over 15 years of experience in the IT services industry.
  • \n
  • At least 10 years of experience in account or client relationship management within the IT services sector.
  • \n
  • Proven success in managing large accounts, especially in BFSI (GCC)
  • \n
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, including software development (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • \n
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • \n
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • \n
  • Willing to travel to client locations as required.
  • \n
