About the Client:
\nOur client is an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company.
\nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a portfolio of clients in the BFS/Cards & Payments sector. \n
- Understand each client s business goals and IT requirements, developing strategies to align services with their needs. \n
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within the assigned accounts. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical groups, to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and services to clients. \n
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions. \n
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues within accounts, working swiftly to mitigate them. \n
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management. \n
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to continually provide value to client engagements. \n
- Travel to client locations as necessary to build relationships, understand client operations, and identify further collaboration opportunities. \n
Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus. \n
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT services industry. \n
- At least 10 years of experience in account or client relationship management within the IT services sector. \n
- Proven success in managing large accounts, especially in BFSI (GCC) \n
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, including software development (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. \n
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities that drive revenue growth. \n
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. \n
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. \n
- Willing to travel to client locations as required. \n
