Key Responsibilities: \nStrategic Ownership

- Design and implement scalable outbound lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US). \n
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of lead generation efforts. \n
Team Leadership
\n- \n
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives. \n
- Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive a high-accountability culture. \n
Campaign Execution
\n- \n
- Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and webinars. \n
- Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals. \n
Pipeline Development
\n- \n
- Own and drive early-stage sales pipeline KPIs. \n
- Ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to the Sales team. \n
Market Research & Intelligence
\n- \n
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted account lists. \n
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine targeting and positioning strategies \n
