Roles & Responsibilities:-

A. Process Excellence & Standardization:

\n
    \n
  • Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization, while maintaining a comprehensive Process Improvement Register.
  • \n
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent implementation and compliance across assigned business functions.
  • \n
  • Partner with operational teams to minimize process deviations, reduce rework, and improve turnaround times (TAT), while monitoring trends and escalating recurring issues to the Head of Quality.
  • \n

B. Quality Assurance & Performance Management:

\n
    \n
  • Track and evaluate key quality performance indicators to ensure compliance with established quality standards and business objectives.
  • \n
  • Perform periodic quality reviews and sample-based operational audits, maintaining complete documentation and audit records.
  • \n
  • Monitor departmental quality performance through internal quality scorecards and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • \n
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities, to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • \n

C. Quality Improvement Projects:

    \n
  • Support the planning and execution of quality enhancement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives effectively.
  • \n
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and outcomes, providing regular progress reports and updates to the Head of Quality.
  • \n

D. Change Implementation & Process Adoption:

    \n
  • Assist in rolling out new processes, policies, and quality initiatives across business units.
  • \n
  • Drive effective adoption of process improvements by working closely with stakeholders and operational teams.
  • \n
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges encountered during implementation to ensure seamless transitions.
  • \n
\n

E. Training, Awareness & Quality Culture:

    \n
  • Deliver foundational training programs on quality principles, process excellence, and operational best practices.
  • \n
  • Partner with departmental Quality Champions to reinforce quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n
  • Promote awareness of SOPs, First Time Right (FTR) practices, and quality expectations through dashboards, visual management tools, communication campaigns, and digital learning resources.
  • \n
