Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a leading packaging business in India \n
- Work directly with top leadership & high ownership role \n\n
- Lead the integration process for mergers and acquisitions for the client \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial and operational strategies. \n
- Develop and execute integration plans to achieve business objectives effectively including cost optimising initiatives. \n
- Monitor and assess the financial performance of integrated entities. \n
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during the integration process. \n
- Provide detailed reports and updates to stakeholders on integration progress. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. \n
- Support change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. \n
- Strong communication skills and someone who can get the job done \n\n
- A strong educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field. \n
- Experience working on M&As in the packaging sector or related sectors will be a plus \n
- Proven knowledge of merger and acquisition processes and integration strategies. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities as well as someone who can get the job done \n
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the industrial and manufacturing sectors \n
- At least 5 years of experience
