  • Lead digital planning platforms: Drive the design, deployment, and governance of demand, supply, procurement and inventory planning tools; establish strong master‑data and integration frameworks with ERP/MES.
  • \n
  • Embed AI/analytics: Build AI/ML forecasting and inventory‑optimization models; enable predictive analytics and control‑tower visibility for risk, lead‑time and capacity.
  • \n
  • Digitize logistics & warehousing: Implement WMS, automation, barcode/RFID and IoT for real‑time traceability; pilot smart‑warehousing (, robotics, vision analytics, digital twins).
  • \n
  • Integrate with Industry Link planning with plant execution (MES, IoT, digital twin) to improve responsiveness, throughput and OEE, aligning supply with production.
  • \n
  • Drive change & benefits: Champion adoption, capability building and benefit realization (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, productivity).
  • \n
  • Reporting & location: Reports to the CDO; Mumbai (Kurla), Work‑From‑Office
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • Experience: 5-15 years in supply‑chain planning/transformation across demand, supply, and inventory in manufacturing;
  • \n
  • Tools & tech: Hands‑on with planning suites such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, and integrations to ERP/MES; comfort with AI/ML forecasting and optimization. (Very Important)
  • \n
  • Industry understanding: Exposure to manufacturing and B2B environments; ability to translate supply‑chain domain needs into digital roadmaps.
  • \n
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data/Technology or Business; preference for MBAs with supply‑chain focus (Tier‑1/Tier-2).
