Job Description
- Lead global IT & engineering transitions for enterprise GCC buildouts. \n
- Work directly with CXOs shaping GCC strategy and scale journeys. \n\n
- Lead end-to-end IT and engineering transition programs into Global Capability Centers \n
- Design transition strategies including planning frameworks, ramp-up models, and cutover approaches \n
- Manage complex knowledge transfer across applications, platforms, DevOps, and IT operations \n
- Act as the primary interface between CXO stakeholders, legacy teams, and GCC leadership \n
- Build scalable transition playbooks, governance structures, and risk mitigation frameworks \n\n
- 10+ years of experience leading IT / engineering transition or transformation programs \n
- Experience working with global consulting clients or Big 4 environments preferred. \n
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, product engineering, or shared services environments \n
- Proven ability to manage multi-geo stakeholders and senior leadership engagement \n
- Experience designing transition strategies, knowledge transfer models, and cutover planning \n
- Strong communication and consulting mindset with structured program management skills
