Platform Engineering Architect

Define the long-term architectural blueprint for ServiceNow across all domains (IT, HR, Finance, Risk, Procurement).
\n Lead platform maturity initiatives including CMDB enhancement, automation, AIOps, and predictive analytics.
\n Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating with core enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
\n Drive platform rationalization, instance strategy, and alignment to data residency regulations.
\n Partner with transformation leads, CIOs, and security leaders to shape platform governance and funding models.
\n Evaluate new platform capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, GenAI, Data Fabric) and steer adoption roadmap.
\n Possesses strong development experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility and adaptability across different technology stacks
\n Required Experience:
\n 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in a strategic architecture role at enterprise scale.
\n Strong grasp of architectural patterns, compliance and cloud-native integrations.
\n Proven track record of leading multi-domain ServiceNow implementations globally.
\n Certifications: ServiceNow Master Architect or Technical Architect preferred. CSA, CAD, and multiple CIS required.
\n Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and present platform strategy in executive forums.
