Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales for HRMS and HCM products across assigned territories/verticals. \n
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. \n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, proposal development, to deal closure. \n
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies. \n
- Identify customer pain points and position our solutions to address their business challenges. \n
- Maintain strong knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape. \n
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and strategic insights for leadership. \n
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients \n

- 6+ years of experience in sales management role. \n
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. \n
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients. \n
- Proficiency in HRMS, HCM software and sales analytics tools \n
