Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Drive end-to-end sales for HRMS and HCM products across assigned territories/verticals.
  • \n
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • \n
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, proposal development, to deal closure.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • \n
  • Identify customer pain points and position our solutions to address their business challenges.
  • \n
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • \n
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and strategic insights for leadership.
  • \n
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • \n

Required Qualifications \n
    \n
  • 6+ years of experience in sales management role.
  • \n
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in HRMS, HCM software and sales analytics tools
