    Job Description

  • \n Own the end-to-end P&L for the IT services business, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost optimization
  • \n


  • \n Define and evolve the services portfolio, offerings, and capability roadmap aligned with market demand and customer needs
  • \n


  • \n Partner closely with sales and account leadership to drive services-led growth across key accounts and regions
  • \n


  • \n Review and approve large, complex, or high-risk services deals , ensuring commercial discipline and delivery feasibility
  • \n


  • \n Ensure alignment between sales commitments, solution architecture, and delivery readiness
  • \n


  • \n Design and scale delivery models across professional services and managed services
  • \n


  • \n Drive delivery excellence , ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • \n


  • \n Establish strong governance frameworks, operating cadence, and performance metrics across the services organization
  • \n


  • \n Act as the final escalation point for delivery, commercial, and margin risks
  • \n


  • \n Build, mentor, and lead senior services and delivery leadership teams
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n


  • 20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, with proven ownership of large-scale P&L responsibilities
  • \n


  • \n Extensive experience delivering complex IT and managed services engagements for large enterprise customers
  • \n


  • \n Demonstrated track record managing large, multi-region or high-value services engagements
  • \n


  • \n Deep understanding of services delivery models, commercial constructs, pricing strategies, and margin management
  • \n


  • \n Ability to balance sales ambition with delivery feasibility and risk management
  • \n


  • \n Experience engaging and influencing CXO stakeholders and board-level leadership
