- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive operation excellence \n
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs \n
- Oversee smooth adaptation of new technologies into production, ensure seamless handover of new products from PD to Production \n
- Oversee supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of products. \n
- Monitor and improve operational performance through key performance indicators. \n
- Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability targets. \n
- Drive digital transformation and automation across operations. \n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all departments. \n
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to define operational strategy aligned with business goals. \n\n
- A strong operations background in the precision engineering/luxury items/tier I/Auto background. \n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively across different locations. \n
- Should be well versed with Kaizen and hands-on knowledge of Industry \n
- Expertise in operational management, supply chain, and financial planning. \n
- Experience of more than 15 years with average tenure in an organization atleast more than 6years \n
- A relevant educational qualification in business administration or a related field.
