Chief Manager - Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, paid advertising (PPC, Display), SMM, and email marketing for lead generation.
\n
• Lead the selection and management of digital marketing agencies and vendors.
\n
• Oversee campaign budgeting, allocation, and optimization, ensuring cost-efficiency and high ROI.
\n
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
\n
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers and effective lead nurturing.
\n
• Track KPIs such as Cost-per-Lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
\n
• Use data analytics to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation.
\n
• Analyze user behavior and website traffic to identify areas for conversion funnel optimization.
\n
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing.
\n

Qualifications: MBA preferred

Experience: Experienced in Digital Marketing with a focus on performance marketing/ content strategy/campaign management along with team handling experience
