Team Lead

Key roles & responsibilities
\n Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production line to ensure efficient and timely production.
\n Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met.
\n Co-ordinate daily production department stand-up meeting.
\n Assembly and testing of boards as per the manufacturing instruction.
\n Soldering and de-soldering of components on PCB assembly
\n Electronic components wiring and harness inside the cubicle as per the configuration drawings.
\n Wire cutting, crimping, stripping, ferrule feeding.
\n Inspect products for quality and consistency, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
\n Assembly of mechanical parts as per the requirement sheet
\n Assigning task or re-allocation of job responsibilities to production team for ad hoc changes to pre-released production plan.
\n Production reporting through ERP.
\n Identify and implement process improvement and cost saving projects across the factory.
\n People development through regular feedback, coaching & mentoring, identifying and facilitating training needs.
\n Monitor total preventive maintenance of all machines and tools in production and testing area.
\n Maintain 5S and visual management in production and testing area.
\n Support monthly stock verification activity and extra material returning to stores.
\n Participating in customer FAT.
\n Involving and supporting in new product trial and approval process along with PDM for first article inspection.
\n Preparation & Maintaining skill matrix for production team.
\n Training planning and maintaining record for production team.

\n Qualification and required key skill sets
\n BE with 10-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry
\n IPC standards awareness for soldering process
\n Awareness of RCA tools and methodologies like 5Why, pareto analysis, fishbone diagram, etc.
\n ISO / IRIS standard awareness
\n Lean methodology
