\nAbout the Role
\nBusiness Development Manager will be crucial in expanding Gamlaa's market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Responsible for generating sales within the assigned region.
\n• Manage the entire sales process from reviewing the initial RFP to award of project.
\n• Strong follow-ups and negotiation skills in closing prospects and bids.
\n• Track proposals/bids through CRM and ensure maximum sales conversions.
\n• Deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, bids and BOQs.
\n• Conduct site visits and client requirement gathering.
\n• Build business through networks of Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs and Contractors.
\n• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
\nKey Qualifications
\n• MBA (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field.
\n• 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
\n• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facility Services, or Building Material industries.
\n• Strong network of Architects, PMCs and General Contractors.
\n• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
