\nDelivery of Behavioural/ Soft Skills Training Programs for Middle & Senior Management.
\nLead training programs from the stage of planning to vendor management to post-training effectiveness.
\nPlan Quarterly Training Calendars
\nContent Development for online & offline training
\nVendor Management- for leadership training / training programs.
\nLearning Budget -manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
\nBuilding relationships with stakeholders- build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
