Roles & Responsibilities :
\n Design and development of LV and HV Li Ion Battery and related application.

Structural feasibility and packaging studies.

Product Development

Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for:
\n

- \n
a) Sheet metal components & weldments
\n
- \n
- \n
b) Structural rails and beam assemblies
\n
- \n
- \n
Collaborate with cross functions teams for optimized energy storage system design.
\n
- \n
- \n
Design support for prototype builds, reviews, and supplier discussions.
\n
- \n
- \n
Experience in qualification of products as per stationary and automotive industry standards
\n
- \n
- \n
Electrical components selection
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n
Educational qualification:
\nBE/BTech in Mechanical or related discipline
\nExperience : 8-12 years
\nMandatory/requires Skills :
\n

Experience of handling LV and HV Li Ion Battery
\n
- \n
- \n
Strong experience in Plastics, Sheet metal and Structural design
\n
- \n
- \n
Energy storage chassis/structure experience preferred
\n

- \n
CAD proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo
\n
- \n
- \n
GD&T, tolerance stack-up
\n
- \n
- \n
Basic simulation understanding (structural / thermal)
\n

- \n
Experience in any Engineering Change Management system
\n

We are seeking 8-12 years of experience candidate with strong expertise in Li Ion Battery application, Plastics, sheet metal design, structural beam design for Battery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAD tools and a deep underst
