\nKey Responsibilities
\n Event Strategy & Execution
\n %CF; Plan, organize, and execute micro-events (dinners, networking meetups, conference
\n booths).
\n %CF; Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with the sales and
\n marketing teams.
\n %CF; Manage logistics, vendor contracts, giveaways, venue coordination, and on-site
\n execution.
\n %CF; Ensure smooth check-ins, guest engagement, and on-site branding.
\n Outbound & Lead Generation
\n %CF; Work with marketing to run targeted cold email campaigns pre/post events.
\n %CF; Manage follow-ups and qualify leads generated from events and conferences.
\n %CF; Collaborate with SDRs and founders to align outreach with sales goals.
Vendor & Relationship Management
\n %CF; Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and vendors.
\n %CF; Negotiate for booths, tables, signage, and joint promotions.
\n %CF; Track all budgets, invoices, and ROI from event spend.
\n Analytics & Feedback
\n %CF; Use CRM and event tech tools to track attendee behavior and event impact.
\n %CF; Analyze lead quality and report on the success of campaigns.
What We're Looking For
\n %CF; 1–2 years of experience in business development, event marketing, or sales support
\n roles.
\n %CF; Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or CRM tools is a plus.
\n %CF; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
\n %CF; Excellent communication and hustle to follow up with leads, vendors, and internal
\n teams.
\n %CF; Comfortable working US time zone .
\n %CF; Fast learner, self-starter, and not afraid to roll up sleeves.
