Job Description
We are seeking a DIT Engineer with strong expertise in Java development and automation to design, optimize, and maintain IT infrastructure and digital workplace technologies. The role involves leveraging automation frameworks and coding skills to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and scalability across cloud and on-premises environments.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDesign, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networks, storage, and cloud).
\nDevelop automation scripts and tools (using Java, Python, or PowerShell) to streamline infra operations.
\nBuild and maintain Java-based utilities, APIs, or microservices for system integration and automation.
\nSupport cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with provisioning, monitoring, and automation.
\nCollaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
\nEnsure system security, patch management, and performance optimization.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues efficiently.
\nContribute to incident, change, and problem management processes with an automation-first approach.
\nRequired Skills & Qualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
\n7 + Years Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs preferred).
\nHands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
\nExpertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
\nKnowledge of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, O365, networking fundamentals.
\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, .
\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have)
\nExposure to test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
\nExperience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
\nVirtualization and containerization knowledge (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
\nIT certifications (AWS, Azure, Java, ITIL, DevOps).
