- 12-15 years of IT experience, including ERP implementation and leadership roles. \n
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics ERP and IT systems. \n
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; adaptable and resourceful. \n
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \n
- High ownership mindset with ability to build trust and lead teams.
