\n\nJob Description
\n\nKEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS* Lead resolution of high-priority (P1/P2) incidents, ensuring timely service restoration and effective communication to stakeholders and clients.
\n * Manage and maintain Windows server environments
\n * Image creation
\n * Troubleshoot complex issues related to Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DFS and user access management.
\n * Perform capacity planning, performance optimization, and fault analysis for Windows
\n * Conduct OS-level patching, kernel upgrades, and security hardening in compliance with Global I T standards.
\n * Automate recurring administrative tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform
\n * Plan and implement infrastructure changes, backups and disaster recovery initiatives.
\n * Collaborate closely with application, storage, and network teams to resolve multi-domain technical challenges.
\n * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, system reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
\n * Mentor and guide L2 engineers in troubleshooting methodology, service delivery, and client engagement.
\n * Participate in on-call rotations and shift schedules to support operations.

\n\nA successful Cloud & Managed Apps - L3 Windows professional should have:PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
\n Technical Competencies
\n * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information Technology, or a related field.
\n * Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration
\n * Deep knowledg e of Active Directory, DNS, GPO
\n * Advanced Ansible and PowerShell scripting skills for automat ion and efficiency.
\n * Proficiency in Terraform
\n * Experience in security patching, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
\n * Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics tools.
\n * Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
\n * Proven ability to manage critical incidents (P1/P2), lead war-room calls, and communicate with clients under pressure. * Exposure to ITSM processes.
\n * Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with a focus on uptime and optimization.
\n Certifications:
\n * Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
\n * ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
