Principal Master Data Management

Overall, 12-15 years of experience with Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, or related field

Deep knowledge of any of the following industry & it s business processes: Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Retail , BFSI or Manufacturing

10+ years of experience within data ecosystem. Progressive experience in Data Warehousing, Data Mart & Data Lake and related technologies

5+ years of experience in designing and deploying high complex MDM solutions

5+ years of experience in the data development and principles including end-to-end architecture & design patterns in particular, integration patterns.

3+ years of experience in leading technical teams in data space

3+ years of experience in managing working groups involving various cross functional stakeholders

3+ years of experience in directly working with executive and senior leadership

At-least 1 end to end implementation of MDM in a large and complex organization, in a pivotal role

Experience with Industry Standard MDM solutions like IBM MDM , Reltio, Informatica, Stibo, etc. with expertise in at-least one.
